We are a marketplace. We do not own inventory. Verified Canadian vendors supply the products, we build the listings and handle checkout, and the seller packs and ships your order.

No. Browsing and buying are open to everyone. Only vendors go through an approval process to sign up.

Listings are graded New, Open Box, or Refurbished. New is unused stock. Open Box is returned or repackaged stock in working condition. Refurbished is restored to working order and may show minor cosmetic wear.

The buyer pays freight, and there is no free shipping. Shipping is not charged at checkout. After you order, we add the freight cost to your invoice and send you the updated total. We can arrange freight for you, or you can arrange your own.

Not for now. Liquidation Hub operates within Canada only.

Not at this time. Our inventory is located with vendors across Canada.

Some products carry a minimum order quantity. Where it applies, the MOQ is shown on the product page.

Applicable GST/HST is added at checkout based on your province.

Wholesale and bulk items are final sale unless the listing says otherwise. Retail items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, within reason. Items marked final sale are not returnable. To start a return, email info@liquidationhub.ca with your order number.

Items are sold as described in their listing and condition grade. Liquidation Hub does not offer a separate or extended warranty program.

Apply through the Become a Vendor page. Vendor sign-up is by approval, and you will need a Canadian business registration and a GST/HST number. There are no listing fees.

You tell us the price you want for your inventory, and we add our markup to set the selling price. When the buyer receives and inspects the order, you are paid your quoted price.

Yes. You are free to sell through other channels. We only ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if an item goes out of stock.
