At CloseOut Connect, we want you to buy with confidence. This policy explains our 30-day return window, 30-day warranty, and what happens if an item arrives damaged or a package goes missing.

This policy applies to retail (consumer) orders placed on closeoutconnect.com. Wholesale and business purchases are governed by separate wholesale terms.

We provide a prepaid return label in every eligible return case, so you never have to arrange or pay for return shipping yourself.

Your 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or make a warranty claim on an eligible item.

Items That Arrive Damaged

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@closeoutconnect.com and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging.

Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue either a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please keep all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Wrong or Not-As-Described Items

If you receive the wrong item, or an item materially different from its description or condition grade, contact us within the 30-day return period.

We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.

30-Day Warranty

Eligible products are covered by a 30-day functional warranty.

If a product stops working as intended within 30 days of delivery through no fault of your own, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video are helpful.

We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or refund after review.

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

As-Is and Final Sale items are excluded from this warranty unless otherwise required by law.

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that your order was not delivered or appears significantly delayed, contact us and we will begin an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Once non-delivery is confirmed, we will provide either a full refund or a replacement shipment.

Carrier investigations generally take between 3 and 7 business days.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we will still assist with the investigation process.

Change-of-Mind Returns

You may return an unused item within 30 days of delivery if it remains in its original condition and packaging.

Approved change-of-mind returns receive a refund of the item price less a 15% restocking fee.

We provide the prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Items must not be used, installed, washed, damaged, or missing components.

Change-of-mind returns are not available for As-Is or Final Sale items.

Final Sale / As-Is Items

Some products are sold as As-Is or Final Sale and will be clearly identified on the product page.

These items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or the 30-day warranty.

However, if a Final Sale item arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or is materially different from its description, contact us within the 30-day return window and we will provide a refund or replacement.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@closeoutconnect.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos.
  2. If approved, we will issue an RMA number and provide a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and attach the provided return label.
  4. Ship the package to our returns hub, not directly to the supplier.

Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, or confirm the claim, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Change-of-mind returns are refunded less the applicable 15% restocking fee.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.

We will email you once the refund has been processed.
