These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of closeoutconnect.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is CloseOut Connect, a brand powered by Liquidation Center, located at 100-310 Hanna St E, Windsor, ON N8X 4W6.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to retail (consumer) customers. Wholesale purchasing is offered separately to approved business accounts under our Wholesale Terms.

Who We Are and What We Sell

CloseOut Connect is a Canadian online marketplace for surplus, overstock, closeout, and liquidation goods sourced from Canadian importers, distributors, and brands.

Products are shipped directly from our supplier network. Inventory is limited and product availability changes frequently.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site or place an order.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Please notify us promptly at info@closeoutconnect.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Products, Descriptions, and Condition

We strive to describe products as accurately as possible. Because we sell surplus and liquidation inventory, products may vary in condition.

Product condition grades may include New/Sealed, Open-Box, Refurbished, and As-Is/Final Sale as indicated on the product listing.

We do not guarantee that descriptions, images, colours, pricing, or other content are completely accurate, current, or error-free.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices and availability may change without notice.

If a pricing or listing error is discovered after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation and, where applicable, dispatch the goods.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders due to stock shortages, payment issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout using the payment methods displayed on the Site.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days and tracking information is provided when available.

Returns and Warranty

Eligible products include a 30-day return window and a 30-day warranty, subject to the terms outlined in our Returns & Warranty Policy.

Final-sale products are excluded except where required by law.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may have additional terms, expiration dates, quantity limits, and usage restrictions.

Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, scrape content, gain unauthorized access to systems, or interfere with Site operations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to CloseOut Connect and protected by applicable laws.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

Except as provided in our Returns & Warranty Policy and applicable consumer protection laws, products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloseOut Connect and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on the Site with an updated effective date.
