This Shipping Policy explains how and when retail orders from closeoutconnect.com are shipped. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing and Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our Canadian supplier network. Most orders ship within 3 business days of being placed.
Because items may ship from different supplier locations across Canada, products in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate shipments at slightly different times.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, estimated delivery is typically 3–8 business days, depending on the origin and destination.
Total time from order to delivery is generally 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, and peak shipping periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the item and delivery address.
- Smaller items: Free standard shipping on orders of $30 or more. Orders under $30 will see a calculated shipping rate at checkout.
- Larger or oversized items: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, with no minimum order requirement.
Your exact shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before payment.
Carriers and Tracking
We generate shipping labels through Ship123, our multi-carrier shipping provider. Depending on the shipment, carriers may include Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and others.
Tracking is provided for every order and will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking may also be available through your account.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving the confirmation email.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
- Damaged shipment: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy.
- Missing or overdue shipment: Contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once non-delivery is confirmed, you will receive a full refund or reshipment.
Incorrect Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We may be able to update it before the order ships.
